Managing your Automations just got even easier!
You can now add dynamic, role-based followers to their Automations. Instead of just selecting a specific grayscale user, you can choose four different dynamic roles to be assigned as followers:
Recruiter
Sourcer
Hiring Manager
Coordinator
Please note: Automation Reply Routing is currently available for our Greenhouse and SAP SuccessFactors integrations only.
If you still want to select individual Grayscale users, don't fret! The followers dropdown will also include Grayscale users 🤓
These roles are assigned on the Job Requisition in the hiring team section in your ATS. When an automation matches, Grayscale will check who occupies that role in you ATS and will assign the conversation to be followed by that user. Now, one automation can target multiple job requisitions and have different followers based on the hiring teams for those jobs!
Heads up! Select a Backup
The coverage field below will assign the identified Grayscale user as a follower only in the case that the assigned hiring team role within your ATS is not a Grayscale user or it is blank.
If there is no match for a dynamic role, then Grayscale will look to the coverage follower field to fallback to. This helps keep conversations visible to a member of your Grayscale team if the Hiring Team user in your ATS is not a Grayscale user, or if the requisition doesn’t have that role filled in.
