Admins now have the ability to choose which SAP SuccessFactors job stages appear in Bulk Messaging, Automations and the Hiring Hub.
Pipeline
The Status Sets listed in your Grayscale ATS Integration directly correspond to your SAP SuccessFactors Applicant Status Configuration.
Job Stages
Edit the job stages associated to this pipeline by dragging to reorder, and checking which areas of Grayscale you'd like the stage to appear in for your recruiters to use inside the app. You can also add a new job stage at any time!
Enabling & Disabling Stages
As a Grayscale Admin, you have the ability to decide which job stages your recruiters can create Automations and Bulk Messages for.
Follow these steps to enable or disable certain stages:
Go into Grayscale Settings
Click on ATS Integration
Select the Status Set you'd like to make changes to
Select or deselect the stages for Automations, Bulk Messages, and/or Hiring Hub (Jobs Section)
Locating Status Sets in SAP SuccessFactors
In SAP SuccessFactors, find the job requisition template being used:
In the Recruiting module, click on the Requisitions tab and select the requisition whose stage(s) you want to add to Grayscale
From the Job Requisition Details tab, find and select the info icon to the right
From the pop-up, locate the Template name
In the search bar, enter Manage Templates > click on the Recruiting Management tab
Select Job Requisitions
Select the template from 1c
Expand General Settings under TEMPLATE SETTINGS in the left side menu > select Application Status Configuration
Find the Application Status Configuration Name
Back in the search bar, enter Edit Application Status Configuration
Find and select the Status Set from 2d
Locate the Status Set ID & Status IDs for the pipeline stages
Adding Pipeline Stages to Grayscale
In Grayscale, go to Settings > ATS Integration
Find the corresponding Status Set ID: {#} and select it
Click + Add job stage
Find and select any stages to be added using the list of status from Locating Status Sets in SAP SuccessFactors step 3b
Scroll to the bottom of the pop-up and click Add to pipeline
Enable the newly added stage in Automations, Bulk messaging, and/or Jobs section
Click Update
