Track candidate engagement for you and your team

Navigate to the Grayscale menu

  • Select Reports

Account Overview

  • Cold Response Rate - the percentage of people who respond to the very first text sent

  • Cold Response Time - the average amount of time it takes for candidates to respond to the very first text

  • Messages sent - the amount of messages that have been sent out using Grayscale

  • Conversations - the total number of unique conversations

  • Grayscale tracks all of these same metrics on the user level and across the entire team

Filtering Metrics:

  • You can filter metrics by clicking the down arrow next to "All Time" and using the drop down to filter by specific dates.

  • You can also filter user metrics by user and/or role

Filtering Account Overview metrics

  • Use the drop down menu to sort by the following options, or customize the date range you are seeking

  • Note: In order to ensure consistency across timezones, report start times are at 12:00:00 am UTC, and end times are at 11:59:59 pm UTC of the selected date range. For help calculating UTC to local time, you can use an online converter tool, such as this UTC Time Zone Converter

User Metrics

Sorting by user status:

  • Active (current users)

  • Disabled (former user)

  • All Statuses (both)

Sorting by user role

  • All roles (both admins and users)

  • Admins only

  • Users only

Automation Metrics

Filter options:

  • Status

  • Job

  • Event

  • Name of automation

Sort by automation status:

  • Active (automation is live)

  • Disabled (automation is paused, not live)

  • All statuses (both)

Sort by automation job:

  • All jobs

  • Specific job

Sort by automation event:

  • All events

  • Stage Changed

  • Candidate Hired

  • Candidate Rejected

  • Candidate Hired or Rejected

Use the “Export” button to download data using the following options:

  • Account Overview

  • User Metrics

  • Automation Metrics

Click the "Scheduling" tab to view Scheduling data

Overview

  • Breakdown of bookings per type

Users

  • Shows breakdown of all users' bookings per type

1-1 Events

  • Shows your 1-1 event bookings

Group Events

  • Shows your group event bookings

Event Registration

  • Shows all upcoming event registrations for all users
