Have you ever wished bulk messages could give you details on who received one? Well, we have some great news! Bulk messages now have an Executions tab that will show you exactly who received the message, if they responded, if they opted out, as well as giving you an overview of the message's overall statistics, such as: number of messages sent, response rate, etc...! You can even quickly jump directly to any recipient's conversation page!
The Executions tab
Follow these steps to view the execution tab:
Go into Bulk Messages
Change the filter to Sent messages
Click on the message you wish to view
Click on the Executions tab inside that message
You will see a list of every contact that received the message, the message that was sent to them, any responses they made, and whether or not they opted out. There's even a button that will take you directly to that contact's conversation!
Additionally, this page will show you some metrics specific to this bulk message, such as total number of messages sent, response rate, number of opt outs, etc...
