Have you ever wished automations could give you details on who received one? Well, we have some great news! Automations now have an Executions tab that will show you exactly who received the automation, if they responded, if they opted out, as well as giving you an overview of the automation's overall messages sent, response rate, etc...! You can even quickly jump directly to any recipient's conversation page!
The Executions tab
Once an automation has been created, you can open it by clicking the automation's title from the automation list.
Inside the automation, you will now see a Details tab, which contains the automation's settings, and an Executions tab, which contains details on the recipients. By clicking on the Executions tab, you will see a list of every contact that received the automation, the message that was sent to them, any responses they made, and whether or not they opted out. There's even a button that will take you directly to that contact's conversation!
Additionally, this page will show you some metrics specific to this automation, such as total number of messages sent, response rate, number of opt outs, etc...
