Adding Event Attendees
Need to manually add a few attendees to an upcoming event registration? Not a problem!
Here's how:
Go into Scheduling
In the Manage Event Types tab, click on the event you wish to schedule
Click the Attendees tab
Click the Add Attendee button
In the small window that pops up, click the Select Attendee button and choose the candidate you want to add
Select the date of the event you wish to add them to (for events that cover multiple days)
Select the event slot you wish to add them to (for events with multiple slots)
Click the Confirm button
That's it! The selected candidate will now be added as an attendee to this event!
Rescheduling Event Attendees
Have an attendee who already registered for an event but needs to reschedule? Not a problem!
Here's how you can manually reschedule them:
Go into Scheduling
In the Manage Event Types tab, click on the event the candidate is attending
Click the Attendees tab of the event
Click the 3 dots on the attendee you want to reschedule
Select Reschedule from the menu
Select the new date and slot for the attendee
Click the Yes, reschedule and notify button
Done deal! The attendee has now been rescheduled, and a notification of the change has been sent to them.
