Sending bulk messages via WhatsApp instead of SMS
With WhatsApp for Grayscale, you can now send bulk messages via WhatsApp in addition to SMS.
Getting Started
Grayscale will automatically detect if the message should be sent over WhatsApp or SMS! If the candidate's country does not allow SMS messaging, or if the candidate was previously messaged using WhatsApp, the bulk message will be sent over WhatsApp.
You can simply follow the steps in our Getting Started with Bulk Messaging guide to create and send the message!
Templates
Any template created in Grayscale is automatically sent to WhatsApp for vetting. This means you can use your favorite templates instead of having to pick from a list of pre-selected WhatsApp-specific templates!
No template? No problem! WhatsApp will scan any message content that wasn't pre-approved, and verify it on the fly. This allows you to customize your message in situations where a template doesn't exist or needs some changes!
