Organization Settings is only accessible to Grayscale Admins and is where you'll find the ability to enable certain features for your organization.
Available Features
Call Forwarding
What is it?
Call Forwarding allows you to redirect incoming calls to the Grayscale number you've been texting them from, directly to your phone. Whether you're away from your computer, on the road, or your candidate has a delicate question to ask, Call Forwarding turns your texting-only line into a texting and voice line 🚀
How does it work?
Call Forwarding can only receive inbound calls, you will not be able to call a candidate from Grayscale.
This feature is only available with US and Canadian phone numbers
The call is forwarded to the user who was most recently active in the conversation
Admins are not able to set a central calling number, each user must configure their own call forwarding number
Admins will need to switch this feature on for your organization
Message Media aka MMS Messages
What is it?
The Message Media feature allows users within your organization to view incoming media attachments, such as images, videos, or documents, directly within the Grayscale. This functionality ensures seamless collaboration by enabling team members to access shared media without the need for external downloads or third-party tools.
Default Language and Formats
What is it?
Language should never be a barrier. We’ve added the ability to switch languages of the Grayscale User Interface, so that you can now navigate our platform in multiple languages, facilitating smoother interactions across diverse global teams.
We have expanded our localization options to include Date format and Time format at the user level to facilitate a smoother, more intuitive experience for everyone.
Note: Adjusting these settings at the organization level will apply across all users' accounts as their new default settings.
