How to personalize the Grayscale User Interface with your preferred language, date, time formatting

It's your Grayscale account, customize it to suite your needs 😎

Now available:

  • Set a default language, date, and time format at the organization level

  • Update your personal language, date, and time format preferences at the user level


Use Grayscale in your preferred language

Language should never be a barrier. We’ve added the ability to switch languages of the Grayscale User Interface, so that you can now navigate our platform in multiple languages, facilitating smoother interactions across diverse global teams.

Supported Languages:

  • English

  • Spanish

  • Spanish (MX)

  • French

  • French (CA)

  • Portuguese (BR)

  • German

  • Others upon request


Organization level localization settings

As a Grayscale Admin, you can select a default language, date and time formats for all users by following these simple steps:

  1. Select a Default Language and Date/Time formats


User level localization preferences

We have expanded our localization options to include Date format and Time format at the user level to facilitate a smoother, more intuitive experience for everyone.

It’s all about tailoring how dates and times are displayed and making sure the language fits your preferences.

Setting your personal preferences

  1. Navigate to your Grayscale Settings

  2. Make your Language, Date format, and Time format selections

  3. Click Save

Date format options:

  • MM/dd/yyyy (default)

  • dd/MM/yyyy

  • yyyy-MM-dd

  • dd.MM.yyyy

Time format options:

  • 12 Hour (default)

  • 24 Hour

  • Hours Only
