Quick setup for enabling Call Forwarding for your organization

To get started, Grayscale Admins will first need to enable Call Forwarding for the whole organization.

  1. Head over to your Grayscale Settings

  2. Click on Organization Settings

  3. Toggle on Call Forwarding

With Call Forwarding enabled for the organization, users will have the option to enable it for their own accounts.
