Overview

In the Employee Hub, you can filter the employees by Job Title, Department, Division, or Location, or you can search for specific employees by name.

The Employee Hub list will display:

  • Name

  • Job Title

  • Department

  • Division

  • Active Tasks

    • Pulls the employee's active tasks from SAP SuccessFactors

    • Click this link to view a list of the tasks

  • Location

  • Conversation icon

You can use the Message All Employees button send a bulk message to all employees, or you can select the checkbox next to multiple specific employees to send a bulk message to those selected. You can also click the conversation icon on the right of the list to message a specific employee individually.


Segments

Segments are a great way to help organize your employees. Use the quick filters at the top to view specific groups of employees and save your segment for easier viewing later!


Creating a Segment

  1. Define your filters – adjust any of the following filter options:

    1. Job Title

    2. Department

    3. Division

    4. Location

    5. Class

    6. Type

  2. Click Save Segment

  3. Enter a Segment Name

  4. Click Save at the bottom

Note: By default, all segments are private to the user who created them. To share the segment with your team, see


Using Segments

To view or message employees in a saved segment:

  1. Click the Choose Segment button

  2. Find the segment you're looking for and click Select

From here, you can view that employee's profile details, see what active tasks they have, or send them a message!

You can also create a Bulk Message to send to everyone in this new segment 🎉

Editing Segments

Need to make adjustments to a saved segment? No problem!

  1. Click the Choose Segment button

  2. Find the segment you need to make changes to and click the 3 vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner of that segment tile, then click Edit

  3. Now you can update any of the following:

    1. Segment Name

    2. Job Title

    3. Department

    4. Division

    5. Location

    6. Class

    7. Type

  4. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen and you're done!


Other Segment Options

Duplicate

Duplicating a segment can be super helpful if you want to make a slight tweak to your original selection without editing that segment. Everything copies over to your new segment, including the name, so be sure to edit segment name to reflect those tweaks.

To duplicate a segment:

  1. Click the Choose Segment button

  2. Find the segment you need to make changes to and click the 3 vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner of that segment tile, then click Duplicate

Share/Unshare

Since segments are private to the user who created it be default, you have the option to share it with your team for everyone to have access to!

To Share a segment:

  1. Click the Choose Segment button

  2. Find the segment you need to make changes to and click the 3 vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner of that segment tile, then click Share

Once the segment is shared, you'll see a green Shared tag at the bottom of the tile.

To Unshare a segment:

  1. Click the Choose Segment button

  2. Find the segment you need to make changes to and click the 3 vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner of that segment tile, then click Unshare

Once Unshared, the Shared tag at the bottom will be removed and your segment is now private again.

Remove

If you don't need a specific segment anymore, simply Remove it and you're all set!

To Remove a segment:

  1. Click the Choose Segment button

  2. Find the segment you need to make changes to and click the 3 vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner of that segment tile, then click Remove
