Overview
The Grayscale Integration requires real time data in order to appropriately capture and automate parts of the candidate journey. In order to ensure Grayscale’s ability to support a feature-rich integration with Workday, we will need to enable Workday’s Real Time Data to External Systems via Integration Subscriptions.
Prerequisites
The Disable Integration Subscriptions checkbox must be unchecked on the Edit Tenant Set Up - Integrations task.

Notification Steps
Create an integration for Grayscale using the Subscriber_integration template.
Do not enable the Transaction Log Service
Assign the Grayscale Integration System User (ISU) to the Integration:
From the Integration, use the “related actions” button (lego looking button) -> Workday Account -> Edit.
Enter the ISU user and click OK.
From the Integration, Select Edit Subscriptions found under Related Actions > Integration System
In the Event Subscriptions, Subscribe to All Business Processes
In the External Endpoints Section use:
Uses API Version: v40.1
Notification URL: See 1Password Link in email
Use the credentials in the 1Password Link in email for the notification username and password.
Your real time data subscription should now be properly configured 🚀
