How Does it Work?
Call Forwarding can only receive inbound calls, you will not be able to call a candidate from Grayscale.
This feature is only compatible with USA and CAN phone numbers – USA to USA, USA to CAN, CAN to CAN, and CAN to USA
The call is forwarded to the user who was most recently active in the conversation
Automations are ignored by call forwarding. If the last outbound message in a conversation is an Automation, the call will still be forwarded to the most recently active user in the conversation
Admins are not able to set a central calling number, each user must configure their own call forwarding number
Admins will need to switch this feature on for your organization
