Adding a Nudge to an automation is just as quick and easy as adding one to a bulk message. Follow the steps below to get started!

Under Follow-up (if unresponsive) click + Add nudge ​

Add up to 3 nudges and you're good-to-go!

1. Craft your message body ​
2. Under Follow-up (if unresponsive) click + Add nudge ​
3. Add up to 3 nudges and you're good-to-go!

There are two ways to remove nudges from an Automation:

1. From the Automation dashboard, click on the three vertical dots to the right of the automation
2. Click Edit
3. Remove all nudges
4. Click Save ​

1. Click on the down arrow to reveal the automation's details
2. Click Cancel Nudges
3. Confirm that you want to cancel and click Cancel Nudges again ​

 3. Remove all nudges
 4. Click Save ​

 1. Click on the down arrow to reveal the automation's details
 2. Click Cancel Nudges
 3. Confirm that you want to cancel and click Cancel Nudges again ​

You're all set! Your automation will no longer send any nudges 🎉
