Can I change the time zone of an interview for a specific candidate?

While you can't change an automation to your specific candidate, you can change the time zone for a specific job. For example, if you're local to Georgia (EST) and the job you're hiring for is in California (PST) you can set the automation for that specific job.

We recommend using the time zone in which your company operates in to avoid confusion on your end.

Still confusing for your candidates? We suggest adding a clarifying statement in your template recognizing the time zone and having them convert it to theirs.

For example:

Hi {{ profile.first_name }}, looking forward to your interview for the {{ job.name }} position with {{ interview.team }} at {{ interview.start_at }}. Please note, your interview is scheduled for EST. If you operate in a different time zone, please make sure you convert to your standard time. If you can't make it or have any questions, please reply and let me know.
