Here's everything you need to know to get started with Grayscale

Welcome to Grayscale! We're pumped to be working with you 🎉 Below we've outlined some helpful resources and tips to get started.

Let's Get Started 🤓

Step 1 – Welcome Email

Check your inbox for a welcome email from Grayscale to set up your login credentials.

  • Be sure to check your Junk/Spam folders just in case! Our welcome emails always come from hello@gograyscale.com.

Step 2 – Download the Browser Extension

Download the browser extension to start messaging candidates from your ATS and job boards.

Step 3 – Download the Mobile App

Download the mobile app to take conversations on the go.

Please note: The mobile app currently does not support SSO, or Single Sign-On.

Step 4 – Account Setup

Get your account set up and start testing some of the more advanced functionality.

To Get Started

  1. Turn on Notifications so you don't miss a thing. We offer desktop, email, and push notifications

  2. Start saving templates for quick communication

  3. Send your first bulk message

  4. Set up your first automation to create a high touch experience
