How to add/remove users in your account

How to Manage Your Team

Need to add new users or clean up your account? You've come to the right place! 😉

The Manage Team function is only available to Admins and gives you the ability to make a number of changes to your organization's list of Grayscale users:

  1. Remove Admin

  2. Make Admin

  3. Disable User

  4. Reset Password

  5. Add a New User

Making changes to an existing user

To get started, navigate to Settings in Grayscale, then scroll to the bottom and look for Manage Team. (Don't see this option? You're probably not listed as an admin. Chat with us below.)

To make any changes to an existing user, you can use the filter options to narrow things down or start typing their name in the search bar. Once you've found the user you're looking for, click on the edit settings icon, and make the appropriate changes.

Removing an Admin

Removing Admin permissions will inhibit the ability to edit, update, or delete things in the account. This includes the ability to create All Jobs Automations, manage your ATS integration, and edit other users' permissions.

Making an Admin

Promoting someone to Admin will give them full permissions to edit, update, or delete anything in the account. This includes the ability to create All Jobs Automations, manage your ATS integration, and edit other users' permissions.

Disabling a User

Disabling a user will prevent them from logging in and receiving notifications. To re-enable the user, you will have to talk to your account manager (or reach out to support).

Resetting a Password

We will send an email with reset password instructions to this user. Their password will not be changed until the reset instructions are completed.

Add a New User

To add a new user, you'll be prompted to complete this form to set up a new user and send them an activation email. If you don't have any available seats remaining, your account manager will be in touch first.

NOTE: If you don't have any available seats remaining, your account manager will be in touch. You can easily add extra seats at the rate listed in your contract.
