We are excited to announce the rollout of our brand new mobile app! It is available on iOS and Android operating systems.
Streamlined for on-the-go use!
We've streamlined the mobile app for on-the-go use! Because of this, you'll notice some differences between the Chrome and Browser app and the mobile one. Additionally, some features, such as Automations and Bulk Messages won't appear in the mobile app since they are not suited for mobile devices.
The mobile app will allow you to access your inbox to send and receive messages, view your organization's jobs and the candidates in those jobs, and view your upcoming schedule, if your organization is signed up for our Scheduling feature.
Let's get started!
Inbox
When you sign into the app, you'll be taken to your inbox. From here you can view and respond to any of the conversations you are following exactly as you would from the browser.
When sending a message, you will still have the ability to include snippets or templates, to include a scheduling link if you have our Scheduling feature, to schedule the message to be sent at a later time, and to add nudges!
Jobs
By clicking on the 3 lines at the top-left of the screen, you'll open the menu.
From there, you can select Jobs to see a list of your jobs. Click on any of the jobs to see a list of candidates in that job, as well as what stages those candidates are in.
Schedule
Open the menu and touch Schedule to see a list of upcoming events!
Settings
To access basic settings, just touch your portrait in the top-right corner of the screen.
Notifications
As long as you have Push Notifications enabled and your device is set to allow notifications from the app, you should receive a notification when you have an incoming message.
