Need to change a candidate's phone number in Grayscale? Let us walk you through just how to do that.

Lite Integrations

For users on Paycom, BrassRing, ADP, and more

  1. Pop open the Grayscale Chrome extension

  2. Click on the 3 vertical dots in the top right-hand corner

  3. Select Unlink From ATS

  4. Select Archive – recommended
    ​

  5. Update the candidate's phone number in their ATS profile

  6. Pop open the Grayscale Chrome extension

  7. Select Send Message to get back to texting with them
