Getting Started with Automations

Automations require API-based Integration. If you're interested in this functionality but don't currently have an integration, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for more details.

What is an Automation?

Automations, are the easiest way to scale your candidate communication and create a high touch process. 💬

You know all those repetitive, time consuming follow up tasks you do every. single. day

For example, scheduling phone screens: 

"Hi Tom. I've reviewed your resume and would like to set up a phone interview. How's your availability over the coming days?" 

Or pinging a candidate about an offer letter:  

"Hi Ashley! Check your inbox for your offer letter. Please text me back with questions! 😁"

Or even following up for interview feedback

"Hey Jamie, how'd the interview go today with the hiring manager?"

The list goes on and on. 

Automations help you to offload all sorts of repetitive (albeit very important) candidate touch points, giving you back time in your day and creating a consistent, high touch process.
