I'm not receiving emails from Grayscale. What's going on?

If you're having issues receiving emails from Grayscale (login info, email notifications, weekly reports, etc.), it's likely because our emails are being blocked by your firewall.

The first thing to do is to check your spam folder. If you see an email from Grayscale, make sure to untag it as spam so your spam blocker knows to allow our emails moving forward.

If that doesn't do the trick, your firewall may be blocking our emails from being delivered to you.

To fix this, you'll need to loop in your IT department to whitelist Grayscale's domains. The three domains you should send to them are:
